In most cases, we’ll work out your issue within 24 hours. However, if it isn’t resolved by then, we’ll be in touch to tell you what we’re doing to sort it out.

If we haven't resolved within five working days, we'll contact you using your preferred communication method.

If you’re still not happy, you can contact the Credit Ombudsman Services, who will assess the situation objectively based on your and our information, the law, industry codes or guidelines and good banking practice.
